I found the building inviting and clean, the temperature just right. staff members showed such helpfulness . i appreciated the comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower, a good combination. the perfect location put food and entertainment only steps away. This was convenient. the hotel room felt spacious and quiet, a welcome respite. i loved the wonderful views from the 24th floor. It was an ideal vantage point. plentiful toiletries and towels. every staff member showed dedication to our comfort. we received such service. I recommend them highly.
i experienced one inconvenience. crown did not accept its own crown cards for check in, requiring me to convert them through an app. these cards were valid, and this policy was surprising and frustrating.

i noticed a well maintained pool area with twenty loungers. there are also shaded sections for added comfort. the gym offers three treadmills and two stationary bikes. these amenities contributed positively to my experience.
